I found the customer-facing staff excellent! Galina at reception made check-in stress-free and upgraded me to all-inclusive. The pool facilities are excellent. My son really enjoyed the slides. The pool bar staff were great.

lovely stay near the golf club
helpful receptionistexcellent facilitiesgreat time
we stayed there recently. it is convenient to an event that we attend at the golf club, so we knew the area. galina at reception was very helpful upon arrival and made everything stress-free. i felt welcomed (a real bonus!). the pool facilities are excellent, and my son had a great time.
the shower fixture was installed incorrectly, so the shower was unusable. this was a minor inconvenience, but it would be good to have it fixed.

the room was a decent size. it included air conditioning to keep it cool. a washing machine was also available in the apartment.

the hotel is close to the golf club. it is approximately a thirty-minute walk to the beach. taxis are available to reach the busier areas.

the pools and slides are fantastic for both adults and children. i always managed to get at least two sun loungers even when the pool was busy. lifeguards are present at the pool area.

The room was very clean it was also spacious. The pool area was great it accommodated both adults and children well.
The check in was quite slow it was not ideal with tired kids. There was no air conditioning in the reception area it was like a sauna.

the room was spacious and very clean it made the stay quite nice the pool area was fun too it had slides that everyone enjoyed
the check-in process was slow it created long queues there was also limited choice for food at lunch and dinner i found that a bit disappointing
